We are a small team of three longtime friends with varying academic backgrounds. After many back-and-forths on our expertises, we came to learn that the established statistical methods employed in psychometrics leaves something to be desired. For some months we had been musing about the idea of doing it better ourselves, by setting up our own data-driven psychometrics solutions entirely from scratch.
